The South Australian Cochlear Implant Centre has been supplying cochlear implants and hearing aid devices to South Australia's hearing impaired since 2004. SACIC approached Athlete to overhaul its brand, identity and collateral. Preferring to be known by their acronym, SACIC, we developed the tagline hear better, live better. This addition gives clarity to their services whilst also reaffirming their commitment to improving the lives of those suffering hearing loss. A pattern was also developed to complement the identity with its form communicating the diverse variation of sound waves. The identity was rolled out across a variety of stationery including letterheads, presentation folders, business and appointment cards, patient report and assessment forms as well as internal and external signage.
